Payment Options: We accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX. CHECKS: Personal or company checks accepted prior to shipment of order. TERMS: You may apply for a credit account with Wahmhoff Farms to make future orders easier by requesting a CREDIT APPLICATION. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing of credit applications. Customers with approved credit applications have terms of Net 30 days. Late payments are subject to 1.5% per month late charge, and will result in your return to Pre Pay terms.
Shipping: Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However, during the busy Christmas season it may toake longer to process your order, so we encourage you to place your order for Harvest and Christmas supplies early. UPS is our primary shipper. UPS has limitations on the size, weight, and content of parcels they will handle. Weight limitations per package are 150 lbs.; Size limitations are 130 inches in length and girth combined to avoid additional handling charges. Packages between 130 and 165 inches can be shipped with an additional $50 handling charge. UPS packages over three cubic feet in size are billed by dimensional weight. Call us for details or for a freight quote.
Additional Charges: $8.50 for packages that exceed 60″ in length; $8.50 per package for anything not encased in cardboard; $11.00 per package for Address Correction. Motor Freight Shipment of Oversized Items: Orders that exceed the limitations stated above must be shipped via Motor Freight. Your charges are based on distance, weight, and type of merchandise. Wahmhoff Farms can select the appropriate carrier for your area, or you may specify a carrier. We have contracts with LTL carriers for larger shipments that qualify. There will be a 10% cancellation fee on credit card charges once the order has been charged. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned items or cancellations once the order has been packaged. Refund less shipping charges.
